Where does Wild At Heart Bridal ship to?

Wild At Heart Bridal currently ships to The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. But if you see something that you want to order on our webshop and you live somewhere else, please send us an email at info@wildatheartbridal.com and we will be able to ship your item to you.

How do you ship?

We ship all our items, when they are in stock, within 3-5 business days. If you need something as soon as possible, please let us know so we can try and accommodate this for you. At the moment, our shipping is organized via MyParcel and we will keep you posted during the shipping period every step of the way. When we have accepted your order and when we have shipped your order.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible to info@wildatheartbridal.com.

I would like to change something in my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please let us know what you would like changed by emailing us at info@wildatheartbridal.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via iDeal, ApplePay or Creditcard.

What are the shipping cost?

This depends per country and is always specified when you check out. The standard shipping cost within The Netherlands is €6,95.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry to hear you didn't love your purchase. Please reach out to info@wildatheartbridal.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. Please keep the items in the original condition and return them in the packaging you received it in to ship it back to us safely.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Your order number must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.

What items can be returned or exchanged?

All items except Sample Sale dresses, earrings, wedding and engagement rings and underwear. These sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged due to the custom or hygienically nature of the product.

How long does it take to process a return?

We undertake to make the refund at the latest within a period of 7 days after we have received the goods back from you. All card refunds can take 1-3 business days to appear on your statement.
